Responsible for the origination and structuring of SBA 7(a), 504, and USDA loans to grow the bank's government-guaranteed portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a minimum loan production volume of $8 million.

The specialist will service customers via phone, virtually, and ITMs to provide accurate answers and create exceptional experiences by actively listening and problem-solving. Essential functions include delivering prompt service, building trust-based relationships, educating customers on digital tools, and handling various account and fraud-related inquiries.
