You will work closely with founders on projects spanning operations, product, and growth to improve prior authorization workflows. Additionally, you will conduct market research, support customer onboarding, and build internal tools to enhance team efficiency.
Manage end-to-end prior authorization workflows by submitting requests and tracking outcomes across various payer portals and communication methods. Coordinate with clinic staff and insurance companies to gather necessary clinical documentation and resolve issues to prevent delays in patient care.
