The Grants Monitor II manages a portfolio of state and Tribal energy grants, ensuring compliance with federal regulations from pre-award through closeout. This role involves reviewing budgets, monitoring expenditure rates, and providing technical assistance to ensure program objectives are met.

Perform mental health evaluations for DOE security vetting in accordance with 10 CFR Part 710 to assess judgment and reliability. Provide final written reports and potentially provide testimony at administrative review hearings.
