Estimator (MWS)

Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and bid proposals for low-voltage, structured cabling, fiber-optic, and data center infrastructure projects, including detailed takeoffs, labor and material pricing, and vendor and subcontractor quote analysis. Identify scope gaps, risks, assumptions, and exclusions; coordinate with operations and management on bid strategy; and support project teams with change-order pricing and the transition from estimating to project delivery.
