The Manager of Delivery Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and support of the Imogen platform across customer environments. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team while defining scalable processes and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure successful modernization engagements.

This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategy, coherence, and execution of the company's infrastructure and release capabilities, spanning infrastructure products, deployment workflows, and operational enablement for customers. Key duties include owning the infrastructure product vision, ensuring platform components are reliably released and deployable across diverse customer environments, and turning infrastructure into a first-class product capability.

The Product Manager will own the vision and roadmap for AI-driven code generation to accelerate large-scale legacy modernization, collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate real-world challenges into scalable product capabilities. This role involves defining quality standards for AI-generated code, measuring product impact, and representing the product internally and externally to various stakeholders.
