The Associate will own operational support for the Salesforce organization, managing user requests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering reporting and light automation enhancements. This individual will act as the front line for Salesforce cases, ensuring the system meets business needs effectively.

This role is responsible for overseeing and executing the key components of integrating newly acquired firms into Mariner, focusing on a seamless transition to the core tech stack and operational functions like billing and trading. The associate must build trust-based relationships while managing technology migration, operational handoffs, and stakeholder collaboration throughout the integration timeline.

The Licensing Associate leads registered individuals through the onboarding process and maintains accurate licensing and registration records. They also review outside business activity requests and support regulatory compliance.

The Product Manager is responsible for defining and evolving the investment product roadmap while collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities and prioritize enhancements. This role also involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
