The PMH-NP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for patients via a telehealth platform. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
Deliver high-quality outpatient mental health therapy to women and their loved ones using evidence-based and data-informed practices. Manage a clinical caseload, maintain timely documentation, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
Provide individual, couples, and family outpatient therapy while maintaining a minimum caseload of 12 sessions per week. Manage a book of business and utilize measurement-based care to track mental health outcomes for clients.
