Coordinate accurate and timely setup and servicing of business banking accounts, including ACH, deposit, remote deposit, Positive Pay, and wire services, while meeting compliance requirements. Resolve client and branch requests, manage documentation and account transactions, provide customer support, and identify appropriate cross-selling and referral opportunities.
