Bilingual Health Coach- Remote
The Health Coach will perform care management functions telephonically or on-site and provide resolution to patient inquiries regarding appointments, clinical questions, and medical records. They are responsible for promoting patient self-management while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA, HRS, and OSHA standards.
