Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York

The Service Provider delivers direct behavioral health services, including Community Psychiatric Support and Psychosocial Rehabilitation, to children and families in home or community settings. They are also responsible for participating in treatment plan development, coordinating care with other providers, and maintaining accurate documentation.
