Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of payment experiences, including authorization, settlement, and reconciliation. Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize payment KPIs and integrate with financial partners.

Responsible for configuring and optimizing the Genesys Cloud CX platform to support high-volume blended contact center operations. This includes managing workforce scheduling, dialer campaigns, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance for outbound activities.
