The role involves acting as an internal controller for Lazo while leading fractional CFO and FP&A services for a portfolio of startup clients. You will bridge the gap between bookkeeping and strategic advisory, helping founders with financial structure, forecasting, and fundraising preparation.
The Project Manager will drive end-to-end project delivery by translating requirements into actionable plans and coordinating cross-functional teams. They are responsible for maintaining project visibility, managing priorities, and ensuring operational processes are documented and efficient.
You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and spec writing to delivery and post-release measurement for specific surfaces. You will work closely with engineering squads and internal domain experts to build AI-native operational tools.
