Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans, then supervise cases and monitor client progress through virtual observation, data analysis, and outcome reviews. Provide virtual supervision and coaching to RBTs and Behavior Technicians, train caregivers, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.
