The Director will build and lead the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) function while serving as a hands-on field leader for non-opioid pain therapies. Responsibilities include developing field medical strategy, engaging key opinion leaders, and coaching the MSL team through pre-launch and launch phases.
Lead the development and execution of scientific communications strategy, including publication planning and congress strategy across the pain portfolio. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate clinical evidence into rigorous scientific materials for healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
The Associate Director will author and manage critical clinical and regulatory documents such as protocols and clinical study reports. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure document quality, regulatory compliance, and the establishment of standardized writing practices.
