Lead design, permitting, and client management for diverse land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion control, and stormwater management. Support office growth and staff utilization, develop new client relationships, and oversee civil engineering work from concept through completion.
The role involves leading the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering and land development projects while managing client relationships and project budgets. Additionally, the individual will oversee site design, mentor staff, and prepare technical reports and proposals.
Prepare and modify engineering reports, specifications, plans, schedules, and cost estimates using design software, while assessing site conditions and environmental data to inform project planning. Collaborate with team members on civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure design and permitting tasks.
