Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health

Lead Mental Health Intensive Outpatient (IOP) groups and facilitate individual and family therapy sessions for adults and adolescents. Develop person-centered treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and nurses to provide integrated care.

Facilitate addiction treatment groups in IOP levels of care and develop individualized treatment alliances with patients. Manage case sessions, including assessments, discharge planning, and coordination with support services and providers.
