Manage a team of Special Projects Assistants by providing training, coaching, and daily workload assignments. Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards to monitor productivity and project status across multiple case teams.

Responsible for maintaining the firm's docketing system to ensure all critical deadlines and court filing requirements are accurately tracked. The role involves performing date calculations, researching court rules, and electronically filing time-sensitive legal documents.

Develop and implement litigation docketing strategies and processes to ensure efficiency and minimize the risk of missed deadlines. Manage the docketing team's performance while overseeing quality control for all docket entries and court filings.

The Workup and Settlement Attorney manages case progression and settlement offers for mass tort litigation. They collaborate with case management teams and legal assistants to ensure efficient resolution and client support.

The Staff Attorney will draft, revise, and finalize complex legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs while collaborating with partners on case strategy. They will also conduct in-depth legal research and manage communications with courts, clients, and experts to support litigation efforts.
