You will lead the design and implementation of a new identity graph and standardize data ingestion paths across web, CTV, and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will mentor data engineers, define technical standards, and ensure the reliability and observability of the identity data layer.
You will lead the founding Data Platform team to build a unified control plane for data governance, lineage, and quality. You will also develop paved-road tools, SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines to enable teams to publish discoverable and reliable data products.
Design and implement secure network architectures across cloud, on-premise, and IoT environments. Monitor network activity, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Develop revenue-generating strategic partnerships and identify growth areas to expand Kargo's product lines. Manage executive-level relationships and close large strategic deals to impact company growth.
Identify and recruit partners in the logistics and automation space while collaborating with the sales team to manage complex enterprise deals. Lead technical workshops and ensure seamless integration of Kargo's platform with customer WMS and ERP systems.
The role involves independently implementing, optimizing, and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines using various technologies like Python, Airflow, Spark, and AWS services. Responsibilities also include engaging in collaborative design sessions, supporting testing strategies, and guiding the team on CI/CD practices.
