The Senior Solutions Engineer will own the technical success of publishers integrating and scaling the company's in-app SDK. This involves managing end-to-end integrations, diagnosing performance roadblocks, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
Travel to customer sites to lead the installation, inspection, and servicing of Kargo hardware products. Coordinate with on-site contractors and provide technical feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
You will lead the founding Data Platform team to build a unified control plane for data governance, lineage, and quality. You will also develop paved-road tools, SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines to enable teams to publish discoverable and reliable data products.
Design and implement secure network architectures across cloud, on-premise, and IoT environments. Monitor network activity, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Develop revenue-generating strategic partnerships and identify growth areas to expand Kargo's product lines. Manage executive-level relationships and close large strategic deals to impact company growth.
