The role is responsible for growing the AI sector on Kalshi by identifying and creating new AI-related markets. This includes driving organic and paid growth through community engagement, social media, and affiliate partnerships.

Own the state-level regulatory and legislative strategy across the Western US to advance Kalshi's interests. Build relationships with elected officials and manage outside lobbyists to shape policy language and monitor legislative developments.

The Systems Administrator will be a key technical force, owning the end-user tech stack including cloud services, identity management, endpoint configuration, and support infrastructure. This role involves actively building internal systems rather than just responding to tickets.
