This role involves leading the design, development, scope definition, and cost development for facility improvement projects, primarily focusing on building mechanical equipment and building automation systems for U.S. Military and federal government sites. Key duties include conducting site visits, developing Statements of Work, preparing technical proposals, and managing multi-disciplinary teams for cost estimates and schedules.

Act as an on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete Electronic Security projects. Manage tasks such as system programming, installation coordination, and project closeout.
