IFRS Foundation

Oversee the IFRS Foundation's governance, organizational strategy, and funding while maintaining the Constitution and Due Process Handbook. Appoint members to standard-setting boards and advisory bodies and serve as company directors under UK regulations.

Provide the IASB with regular views and advice from the international community of financial statement preparers. Offer input on the practical implications of proposals and concepts being developed by the IASB.

CMAC members engage directly with IASB members and technical staff to assist in shaping IFRS Accounting Standards. They provide insights to ensure that companies deliver useful information to investors.
