The Dealer Relationship Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with auto and RV dealerships to foster mutual growth. This role involves conducting sales presentations, resolving issues, and performing market research to expand dealership partnerships.

The agent will serve members virtually by managing accounts, answering inquiries, and performing transactions via video chat, phone, and email. They are also responsible for qualifying members for financial products and cross-selling credit union services.

Support the Medicare team by conducting outbound calls to prospective members to prequalify and schedule appointments for licensed agents. Manage lead databases and assist with administrative projects while gaining practical experience in client interaction and compliance.

The Dealer Relationship Officer is responsible for cultivating and maintaining long-term partnerships with auto and RV dealerships through regular sales calls and presentations. They also act as a liaison to resolve issues between dealerships and the credit union while reporting on performance and market growth.
