The Director of Billing Operations will lead back-office billing and settlement processes while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy. They are responsible for analyzing complex billing issues, managing financial reporting, and implementing process improvements to reduce errors.

The Manager, Regulatory Compliance supports ICBA Education by managing compliance training products, resources, and the Compliance Vault. They also serve as a subject matter expert, developing new compliance tools and delivering educational content to member banks.

The Vice President, Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with community banks in the Southeast territory. They will drive membership acquisition, manage a business development pipeline, and promote ICBA products and services to ensure member engagement.
