You will serve as a key team member on client projects, handling business analysis, process design, and requirements definition. Additionally, you will manage instance configuration, data quality, testing, and training while acting as a point of contact for existing clients.

Serve as the top technical authority for data, AI, and integration across client services and product development. Establish architectural standards, provide hands-on technical leadership for engagements, and partner with sales on technical scoping.
