The Senior Director of Growth & Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition and business growth. They will oversee marketing and content initiatives to optimize performance and expand market reach.

This role is responsible for defining, leading, and optimizing the entire customer journey, owning the Growth Marketing Funnel from User Acquisition through Retention as the marketing lead in the Growth Pod. The director will lead, mentor reports, and serve as the primary marketing principal within the cross-functional Growth team, focusing on maximizing LTV:CAC.

The Engineering Manager will oversee core mobile products, ensuring reliability and high quality while translating high-level business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps. Responsibilities include owning technical health, executing strategic roadmaps, implementing bug resilience strategies, and embedding agentic AI into development workflows.

This role involves defining the long-term vision and multi-year product strategies for core user experiences on the mobile app and platform, while acting as the primary link between engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

The Creative Director will act as the strategic architect and hands-on builder of the brand expression, translating high-level business objectives into cohesive visual identity and narrative. This role involves leading conceptual development for brand-led marketing campaigns and overseeing the evolution of the brand identity to ensure aesthetic quality and strategic alignment.

This role involves leading and owning end-to-end new product design, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals while creating innovative solutions. The Head of Product Design will also lead, manage, and mentor the Product Design team, fostering a culture of thoughtful and simple product design.
