The CRM Manager is responsible for planning and executing email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation strategies. They will also analyze CRM metrics and optimize loyalty programs to engage the equestrian community.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat to provide product advice and resolve inquiries. Additionally, you will manage order processing, maintain data in the ERP system, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
