The Senior Online Admissions Representative is responsible for screening, interviewing, and enrolling prospective students while guiding them through the enrollment process. They also provide leadership and support to the admissions team to ensure performance goals and compliance standards are met.

The Collections Officer primarily focuses on student payment plan collections (80% of the role) by contacting students regarding upcoming and past due payments and establishing new payment arrangements. The remaining 20% involves educating and counseling students on their account balances, payment amounts, and financial aid status.
