The Maintenance Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of property maintenance, including lawn and pool services, emergency dispatches, and utility activation. They are responsible for overseeing vendor quality control, validating invoices, and acting as the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related issues.

Develop, design, and maintain back-end software components and AI-powered features within an agile environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric real estate solutions while leveraging AI tools for development efficiency.

The Project Manager will oversee the roadmap and delivery for IT operations and mortgage/title systems while managing software spend and vendor relationships. They will also drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment between technology, operations, and finance teams.
