They will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical roadmaps.

Act as a facilitator between patients and the company to ensure a seamless healthcare experience. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and record-keeping while maintaining professional support standards.

The Marketing Manager will plan and execute cross-channel initiatives including lifecycle marketing, paid media creative, and social media management. They will coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage website updates and educational content production.
