RN- Cardiopulmonary Monitoring
The RN will monitor patient data from cardiopulmonary devices and coordinate care for patients with conditions like Congestive Heart Failure. They will also provide patient education, document interventions in the EHR, and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize care plans.
