The CIO/CTO will create and enforce agile software development processes and maintain an efficient software architecture. They are responsible for ensuring software compliance with business requirements, managing technical infrastructure, and overseeing development professionals.

The executive will lead marketing and development efforts to increase awareness and funding for wraparound support programs for families with children battling cancer. This includes managing digital campaigns, PR, and donor cultivation to elevate the charity's profile to the level of major national organizations.

The Public Relations Executive will act as an ambassador to increase visibility and funding for the organization's wraparound support programs. They will leverage media relationships and influencer networks to move the cancer journey from obscurity to public awareness.

Serve on the finance committee to develop budgets, manage bookkeeping, and prepare the annual IRS 990. Collaborate with the CEO and treasurer to identify major donor prospects and ensure financial policies are reviewed and maintained.
