The Legal Lead is responsible for the strategic management of legal topics and the professional leadership of three legal staff members. Key duties include managing principle lawsuits, policy work regarding digital violence, and representing the organization in press inquiries and expert hearings.

Lead and manage a team of six across HR, organizational development, and office management to create a human-centric work environment. Responsible for strategic alignment, budget planning, corporate governance, and the implementation of internal policies.
