They are responsible for maintaining current business, developing new accounts, and ensuring dealer partners are equipped to install and service lift systems.
The specialist will conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for dealers while providing technical troubleshooting and support for homelift and elevator products. They will also manage sales orders, process return material authorizations, and assist in the development of technical documentation.
The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound leads and consult with customers over the phone to identify their home accessibility needs. The goal is to match customers with the correct products and convert leads into successful sales.
