Perform technical aircraft maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on AOG aircraft while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure aircraft return-to-service expectations are met during road trips.

Perform operational tests and repairs of avionics and electronic aircraft systems to ensure defect-free aircraft. Provide technical guidance, training, and leadership to other technicians while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
