The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue across assigned markets. They will build professional relationships with new and existing customers while managing the sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasts to leadership.

The Automation Engineer will lead commissioning readiness activities, including pre-commissioning, startup, and owner acceptance for industrial facilities. They will serve as the primary technical field resource to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure systems meet project specifications and safety standards.

Lead and support the design, installation, and commissioning of manufacturing lines focused on consumer product packaging operations. Develop technical documentation, equipment lists, and sequence of operation narratives while supporting sales and business development initiatives.

Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline design-build projects from initiation through commissioning. Manages customer relationships and collaborates with engineering, automation, and construction teams to ensure predictable results.
