Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings and handling all day-to-day case responsibilities. Represent clients in depositions, arbitrations, and court appearances to achieve cost-effective and fair resolutions.

Assist attorneys in preparing civil litigation matters for trial and work with clients to receive discovery documents. Review discovery materials, draft motions, and prepare for trial.
