Lead the end-to-end development of web applications for a non-profit investment gifting platform across desktop and mobile. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams while reporting to the CTO to shape the technology stack and strategic direction.

The COO will lead core business functions including finance, legal, risk, compliance, operations, and HR to build a durable foundation for growth. They will partner with the Executive Director to translate organizational vision into scalable systems and execution strategies.
