The Senior Trust and Safety Manager will build and own the safety function for a distributed field workforce, including developing policies, emergency response workflows, and safety education programs. They will also serve as the primary escalation point for incidents and partner with Legal and Operations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The role focuses on managing a portfolio of partners to ensure high-quality experience, adoption, and long-term engagement. Key duties include serving as the primary point of contact, managing partner initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive account growth.

The role involves building and maintaining BI tables, data models, and dashboards to support operations, finance, and clinical quality. The analyst will drive operational insights and financial forecasting to inform strategic growth and improve patient experience.
