The Maintenance Coordinator assigns and schedules work orders while acting as the primary communication hub between vendors, tenants, and the internal team. They are responsible for negotiating repair pricing, monitoring performance KPIs, and reviewing vendor invoices for billing.

Manage the full move-out to move-in turnover process for approximately 35 units per month. Coordinate inspections, build detailed scopes of work, and oversee vendors to ensure units are rent-ready on time and within budget.
