The Resident Services Specialist manages all resident communications across multiple channels including calls, emails, and chats. They also oversee the move-out process and collaborate with internal teams to resolve resident issues efficiently.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Chicago and Latin America roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Maintain the ATS and report on key hiring metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire to optimize sourcing strategies.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and outreach to onboarding for both Chicago and Latin America positions. Track candidate progress in the ATS and report on key hiring metrics such as time to hire and retention.

The role involves owning the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing top talent and partnering with hiring managers to forecast headcount needs. The specialist will also implement Predictive Index assessments and develop efficient hiring processes to scale the organization.
