The Growth Engineer takes end-to-end ownership of the acquisition and activation funnel, from ideation to scalable growth loops. Responsibilities include optimizing landing pages, managing analytics and attribution, and developing internal automation tools.

The role involves capturing customer requirements and translating them into technical implementations, including workflows, prompts, and third-party integrations. You will be responsible for deploying the AI system in production and building scalable templates for the Spanish and Italian markets.

Lead the overall design, branding, and design team while remaining hands-on with product design and customer interviews. You will set the design standards across the product, website, and brand in close collaboration with engineering and founders.
