You will build and optimize scalable lead generation workflows and outbound machines using AI and modern SaaS tools. Additionally, you will analyze funnel data and collaborate with the product team to integrate GTM insights into the core product.
Develop internal tools, automated workflows, and infrastructure to improve team efficiency across support, sales, and operations. Identify process bottlenecks and build AI-powered solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks.
Provide short-term support to the recruiting team by conducting screening calls, culture fit, and technical interviews during peak capacity periods. Ensure a seamless transition of results to the core team to maintain a smooth hiring process.
The role involves capturing customer requirements and translating them into technical implementations, including workflows, prompts, and third-party integrations. You will be responsible for deploying the AI system in production and building scalable templates for the Spanish and Italian markets.
Lead the overall design, branding, and design team while remaining hands-on with product design and customer interviews. You will set the design standards across the product, website, and brand in close collaboration with engineering and founders.
