The Service Designer will conduct user research and service blueprinting to improve grant reporting workflows for the Administration for Children and Families. They will also manage client relationships and translate research findings into actionable product and engineering priorities.
You will own the end-to-end UX and UI design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for a public-facing case management system. You will also collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure accessible, compliant, and effective implementation of digital services.
The software engineer will develop and maintain API endpoints, business logic, and database models while building data processing jobs. They will also create UI features, write automated tests, and perform minor cloud infrastructure updates using Terraform.
