Build relationships with First Nations clients and provide practical guidance, tools, and training to strengthen their human resources practices and support Financial Administration Law implementation and Financial Management System certification. Develop client-aligned HR plans and resources, support performance management and succession planning, improve recordkeeping, and collaborate on service improvements and special projects.
