The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and feedback to Lifeline Counselors to ensure high-quality interactions with help seekers. They are also responsible for developing training systems, evaluating program performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Provide high-quality crisis counseling and intervention services via telephone for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional distress. Coordinate emergency services and act as a liaison between consumers and other service organizations.
