Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting and conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads. You will create account outreach plans and proactively connect with prospects to schedule discovery calls.

The Project Manager will optimize the performance and profitability of utility-scale solar (PV) and energy storage (BESS) assets by monitoring operations, analyzing market opportunities, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance. Key duties include overseeing asset performance, coordinating maintenance, developing cost models, and managing revenue streams for both generation and dispatchable assets.

The role involves supporting the execution of client engagements across the renewable energy project lifecycle, from pre-NTP development through construction and closeout, by owning key workstreams and deliverables. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external teams to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget, and contributing to project execution plans.

The Development Program Manager will serve as the Deal Lead for utility-scale development engagements, owning the overall engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and client communication from origination through NTP. This role involves guiding clients through the full development lifecycle, delegating execution workstreams, and collaborating with technical and financial leaders to ensure project soundness and alignment with client objectives.
