Manage and grow relationships with key strategic customers by developing tailored solutions and strategic account plans. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth within the distribution transformer industry.

Lead the development and execution of a multi-year manufacturing and supply chain strategy to modernize the company's operational network. Drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives, including M&A due diligence and the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.
