You will provide holistic consulting for SAP HCM Time Management and SuccessFactors, including the design and implementation of complex hybrid system landscapes. Additionally, you will lead transformation projects, optimize existing solutions, and support presales activities while mentoring junior consultants.

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships within the ALM portfolio. They will manage all sales processes and drive revenue growth across the assigned DACH region.
