The Transfer Center Coordinator is responsible for managing hospital admissions and transfers while facilitating communication between providers to ensure continuity of care. They must maintain regulatory compliance, document all activities accurately, and resolve service failures to support multidisciplinary integration.

The Director oversees the full lifecycle of patient experience data to transform it into actionable insights that drive performance across hospitals. This includes managing the survey data ecosystem, ensuring CMS HCAHPS regulatory compliance, and leading enterprise-level analytics for executive leadership.
