Director, PMO (Projects)
The Director of PMO is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Projects Team and managing Senior Project Managers to ensure client and company goals are met. They must continuously evaluate departmental processes, monitor project portfolio performance, and provide leadership and coaching to team members.
