They are responsible for tracking student milestones, maintaining communication, and ensuring internal teams remain aligned to support client success.

Guide students and families through the college admissions process by building competitive profiles and navigating application milestones. Act as a strategic partner to position students successfully for highly selective universities, specifically within the UC/CSU and Top 100 landscapes.

Manage the day-to-day development and product operations of Nest by translating business needs and feedback into structured technical requirements. Coordinate between engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful feature launches and continuous product improvement.
