You will own the long-term product roadmap, translating vision into a sequenced plan while driving alignment across leadership and the team. Additionally, you will conduct continuous customer and market discovery to inform product architecture and prioritization decisions.

The role manages end-to-end financial operations including month-end close, reporting, and treasury while serving as a strategic partner for budgeting and forecasting. It involves overseeing a small internal team and an outsourced bookkeeping firm to ensure financial integrity and scale unit economics.

You will work directly with the CEO to build enterprise relationships, manage the full deal cycle, and structure complex commercial agreements. Additionally, you will translate technical AI and data solutions into compelling business narratives to drive repeatable enterprise sales motions.

You will lead technical onboarding and implementation of AI agents within client environments, working directly with data connectors and pipelines. You will also serve as the primary technical point of contact, surfacing product gaps to engineering and developing implementation playbooks.

You will design and build the architecture for AI agent workflows, including planning loops, tool use, and memory management. Additionally, you will define standards for agent reliability and observability while building internal tooling to assess agent quality and hallucination rates.
